Participation terms

Places and programme
A submitted form is a request, not confirmation. Places, activities, rooms, dates and times remain subject to venue availability, safe staffing, ratios and reasonable changes. We will communicate confirmation or material changes using the contact details supplied.
Adult fitness taster
The adult fitness taster is planned for Monday 16 November 2026, 7–8pm in Dartford, subject to venue, staffing and capacity confirmation. A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed place. Regular class days and the start date will be confirmed before paid booking opens. Participants aged 16–17 must have an adult attend and supervise throughout. Participants should work within their ability, follow coach instructions and disclose relevant health or adjustment needs before attending.
Accurate information
The parent/carer must provide complete, accurate and current health, allergy, medication, support, emergency and collection information and notify us of changes before attendance. We may need to discuss adjustments before confirming a place.
Conduct and safety
Children must follow reasonable safety instructions and treat others respectfully. Activities may be adapted or participation paused where necessary to protect the child or others. This will be handled fairly and, where practical, discussed with the parent/carer.
Swimming
Swimming requires separate permission and is subject to venue rules, assessed ability, staffing and ratios. Permission does not guarantee a pool place. A child may be assigned a safer group or alternative activity.
Arrival and collection
Parents/carers remain responsible until the child is signed in and must collect promptly using the agreed procedure. Children will only be released to an authorised collector unless an approved change has been communicated.
Medication, illness and emergencies
Medication arrangements must be agreed in advance. Children should not attend when unwell or when attendance risks others. Staff may administer appropriate first aid and contact emergency services. The parent/carer will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.
Payments and cancellation
Paid places are only confirmed after required registration and payment. Applicable cancellation, refund, membership renewal and notice terms should be shown at checkout or supplied before purchase. If The Engagement Coach cancels a paid session, the remedy will normally be a transfer, credit or refund as appropriate.
Photography and marketing
These are optional and controlled by the separate choices on the registration form. Refusing consent does not affect participation. Preferences can be changed by contacting us.
